02.02.10: Overwhelming interest for the OS-House kick-off
The OS-House competition now has officially started after the kick-off, which took place at the Gevel Fair on the 28th of January. The kick-off was a great success and the public was very enthusiastic and excited about the OS-House concept. The presentations and speeches which took place inspired the audience and the general public to participate in the contest. A few of the speakers during the kick-off were: Nana Frimpong (Ghanian Chief), Margriet Drijver from Com.Wonen and Vincent van der Meulen, the concept owner. The competition was officially announced by Nana Frimpong from Ghana.
After the announcement of the OS-House Competition, the project managers and the public had a toast to celebrate the beginning of a new era in making knowledge available which puts the power back in the hands of the end users.
